Look closely at seams and transitions
Open seams, aging flashing, punctures and movement at penetrations can require different repair methods. Compatible primers, tapes and accessories are important. Ask us which existing materials can remain and how the repair area will be prepared.
Decide how much roof needs attention

Plan replacement as a complete system
Compare deck preparation, insulation, cover board where proposed, membrane attachment and flashing details. Discuss rooftop traffic and drainage rather than choosing solely on membrane color or thickness. Obtain clear workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms with the written proposal.
